Compliance and Workmanship Library

Just like the descriptions used in the Specification of Nominal Building Work, this section contains:

• Compliance Information – the application of BCA construction provisions and other regulations affecting plumbing, gas, electrical, health etc.
• Workmanship Information – supports a common understanding of building work that is outside the scope of the BCA provisions (plastering, floor and wall tiling etc).

Information is clustered under the common information structure used in all Technical Contracting documents, making it easier to cross-reference between building work and work practice descriptions and supporting information.

The titles of available information are listed alphabetically under the appropriate section with a brief description and a link to the summary text. If a full text download is available it can be read and downloaded by clicking the link at the foot of the summary text version.
