The following publication types are part of a technical document template suite that integrates building work with work practices and local practice information and resources:
Contract Work
These document templates describe building work and place reasonable limits on the compliance and workmanship expectations to better manage building work expectations.
Work Practices
These document templates describe the work practices required of Contract Administrators, Designers and Draftspeople, Estimators and Schedulers, Supervisors, Tradespeople and Suppliers for the as-built outcomes to be as described by the Contract Work documents.

Contract Work - Addenda
This document provides a template for a Specification of Nominal Building Work Addenda.
Contract Work - As-Built Outcomes
This document provides a template for nominating as-built performance, variance and reporting criteria that apply to specified building work descriptions to inform Owner decision-making and better manage building work expectations.
Contract Work - Purchase Order
This document provides a template for a Purchase Order linking building work to the Work Practice Description included in a “Sub-Contracted Work Agreement”(*Association contracts have differing titles).
